About RCFMI

Following the City of Richmond’s official proclamation of Christian Faith Month in December 2024, the Richmond Christian Faith Month Initiative (RCFMI) was established to inspire acts of unity and service that reflect God’s love.

We give thanks to God for His faithfulness in bringing this vision to life so swiftly, and for the many churches and community members who supported the initiative through their prayers and generous contributions during its inaugural year.

In 2024, RCFMI partnered with CCM Canada to deliver Christmas meals to those in need—offering hope and care to our neighbors through simple yet meaningful acts of love.

As we look ahead to December 2025, we are building on this momentum in collaboration with CCM Canada through an integrated campaign themed:

“Faith, Hope, and Love in Action” (1 Corinthians 13:13).

This year’s vision will unfold through three community-focused activities designed to:

✅ Celebrate our shared faith through creative and cultural expression

✅ Extend care and compassion to the vulnerable in our city

✅ Foster collaboration among churches and across ethnic communities

We warmly invite churches, organizations, and individuals to join us for a Launch & Vision Session, where we will worship together, share our plans, and explore how we can serve Richmond as one body during Christian Faith Month 2025.
